Thrive Real Estate Specialists, is pleased to welcome their newest team member, Carolina Lima.

“Carolina is not afraid to work hard to help those around her achieve their goals. She brings her passion for educating students on how to use their voice in impactful and creative ways as a coach for the Shrewsbury Speech and Debate team, as well as her education and experience in corporate finance to her clients’ real estate experience,” states Owner/Broker Maribeth Lynch.

Ms. Lima has also recently been awarded a C2EX(Commitment to Excellence) designation, by the National Association of Realtors (NAR). C2EX recognizes real estate professionals who have demonstrated a high level of commitment to their clients, their profession, and their community. It also helps consumers identify real estate professionals who have gone above and beyond to develop their skills and knowledge in the field. Carolina is also At Home With Diversity® Certified.

About Carolina Lima

Carolina Lima is a Shrewsbury native with a lot of pride in her community. After working in Corporate Finance the past 5 years and underwriting Commercial Real Estate deals, Carolina was inspired to join the real estate world on the client-facing side. Making an impact on individuals’ lives has been a main driver into Carolina’s career shift from being behind the desk to being out in the community.

Carolina holds a B.S. in Marketing from Providence College and holds great pride in being part of the Friar Family. Her interests include reading thrillers, coaching her students, and Providence basketball. Carolina is also a strong advocate for adopting/rescuing animals. Her dog Ross and cat Rowe are her pride and joy. Carolina is also fluent in Portuguese.
