Carolina Lima, Realtor

Carolina Lima is a Shrewsbury native with a lot of pride in her community. After working in Corporate Finance the past 5 years and underwriting Commercial Real Estate deals, Carolina was inspired to join the real estate world on the client-facing side. Making an impact on individuals’ lives has been a main driver into Carolina’s career shift from being behind the desk to being out in the community.

As a graduate from Shrewsbury High with a passion for performance and public speaking, Carolina is a coach for the Shrewsbury Speech and Debate team; educating students on how to use their voice in impactful and creative ways. Through dedicating her time to coaching several state champions and national finalists, Carolina is not afraid to work hard to help those around her achieve their goals. She is bringing this same mindset to her career in real estate. When working with Carolina, you can be confident that she will do everything in her power to help you with your buying and selling needs.

Carolina holds a B.S. in Marketing from Providence College and holds great pride in being part of the Friar Family. Her interests include reading thrillers, coaching her students, and Providence basketball. Carolina is also a strong advocate for adopting/rescuing animals. Her dog Ross and cat Rowe are her pride and joy.
